All references to original equipment manufacturers, other than those that Water Cannon, Inc is authorized to represent, their trade names and their part numbers listed in the catalog are listed for IDENTICICATION PURPOSES ONLY. It is NOT OUR INTENTION to imply that the merchandise is original equipment. The copying or reproduction of our website, catalogs or other promotional material is strictly prohibited without our written consent.
All Water Cannon aftermarket products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the standards for the OEM part that they are designed to replace.
Honda is a registered Trademark owned by Honda Motor Company Limited. Water Cannon and the Water Cannon brand aftermarket parts are NOT AFFILIATED with or endorsed by Honda Motor Company Limited.
Original Honda Brand parts will be noted as Honda Parts under the category Honda.
ENGINE PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Water Cannon, Inc. (“Water Cannon”) warrants to the original users and consumer (“consumer” or “you”) that any engine parts supplied by Water Cannon shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase by the consumer, in no case more than 1 year & 3 months from the date originally purchased from Water Cannon. This LIMITED WARRANTY does NOT apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to alteration, repair subsequent to the purchase, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident. If you believe you have purchased defective goods from Water Cannon as describe above, notify Water Cannon of why you believe the goods are defective.
Water Cannon will either request you return the defective goods to Water Cannon for inspection or will rely upon the information you have provided to determine whether the goods are defective as describe above. If any goods are proven to be defective, then Water Cannon at its sole option, will repair or replace the defective goods, refund the purchase price (excluding sales tax), or issue a credit toward the purchase of goods from Water Cannon in the future. You are responsible for any and all transportation costs associated with the inspection, repair or replacement of defective goods, and in no event shall you be entitled to damages exceeding the purchase price (excluding sales tax) you originally paid for the goods. Should the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods sold to you by Water Cannon contains terms and conditions which are more favorable to the consumer than this LIMITED WARRANTY, you agree that the manufacturer’s warranty, and not Water Cannon’s LIMITED WARRANTY, shall be your sole and exclusive remedy and warranty. Except as provided above in the section entitled LIMITED WARRANTY, Water Cannon makes NO other EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES of any kind, whether as to MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
If any Water Cannon sales people and/or representatives have made any verbal statements about the goods, these statements do not constitute warranties and are not a part of Water Cannon’s LIMITED WARRANTY. Water Cannon shall not be liable or ANY incidental or consequential damages that the customer alleges he/she may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of goods from Water Cannon. This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation, or other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any defective goods. This LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state as some states do not allow the exclusion of warranties and incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation of remedies.
Products manufactured by companies other than Water Cannon are subject to the terms, conditions and limited warranties of the company. These manufactured products include (but not limited to): engines, motors, pumps, hose, accessories, components and products identified by brand names other than Water Cannon.
* Terms Policy : We accept major credit cards, checks by fax, COD, wire transfer, checks in advance. Net 30 day accounts upon credit approval -
Applicants must qualify for credit insurance.
* Freight minimum is $7.80. COD Shipments are not always possible.
* All orders shipped FOB Factory. Freight prepaid and added to invoices.
* Orders under $27 Net may incur a small order fee of $3.50
* Back orders. We strive to stock sufficient inventory to avoid back orders. In the event of a B.O. We will pay 100% of B.O. freight costs.
Exclusions 48 States Only.
* Since we provide multiple product offerings, sometimes it is impossible to ship from one location. In the event we require multiple shipping
points, freight will be charged from each location. As a rule we absorb some of this cost & appreciate the opportunity to provide multiple
product offerings.
* Pricing policy. We strive for price stability with our printed promotions. However because foreign currency markets fluctuate, Our prices are
subject to change without notice.
* Prices, Specifications & models are subject to change without notice. All Unit specifications are based on industry standards + or - 8%.
* Freight Inspection. Inspect BEFORE YOU SIGN. Freight carriers will not/ do not refund for services not performed such as liftgate service.
Note all damage, shortages or issues on freight bill or report to UPS.
* Warranty. Standard manufacturer & industry warranties apply. (Engine Parts 90 Days)
* WATER CANNON may ship from multiple warehouse locations. Please allow 2-5 business days for items not appearing with your original
delivery.
* Customized or assembled products are NON-Cancelable.
* Returned items new & in original package are subject to a 10 - 15% restocking fee.(Minimum Restock fee Is $10)Installed items are not
returnable.
* Returns must be approved in advance to determine if the products are returnable and to which location.
* Drop ship fees may apply and are NOT returnable. However, We will do “Everything possible to be fair”.
